Doors and closing+
Doors open at 23:00 and the night runs until 09:00.
Entry policy+
A valid ticket and ID are required. Entry can be denied when you are visibly too intoxicated or disrespectful. You or your bag may be searched.
Minimum age and zero tolerance+
Strictly 18+. Bring a valid ID, no ID means no entry. Zero tolerance for drug use, hate, racism, sexism or any form of discrimination.
Re-entry+
Strict no re-entry. IN is IN and OUT is OUT. Please leave quietly out of respect for the neighbours.
Where do I buy tickets?+
Tickets are only sold through the official Paylogic shop linked on this site.
How do the ticket waves work?+
Tickets are released in seven waves. When a wave sells out, the next wave opens.
Are there tickets at the door?+
As long as the event is not sold out there are tickets left at the door. First come, first served.
I lost my tickets+
Retrieve them via account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets.
My ticket is not in my name+
A valid ticket gives you entry. Beware of scammers and only buy through Ticketswap or people you know.
Where can I find the timetable?+
We post the timetable the night before the event or the day itself on our socials.
Phones on the floor+
No phones on the dancefloor. Keep the room for the people in it.
Do I pay by card or cash?+
All bars accept cards, there is no cash at the bars. Guests with cash can get a cashcard at the cash desk starting at 50 euro, top-ups of 20 euro, maximum 100 euro.
Are lockers available?+
Yes. Store your coat and bag and only bring the essentials. Insert the coin, close, turn and take the key, and photograph your locker number. A lost key costs a 20 euro fine.
Who do I talk to if I feel unwell, harassed or discriminated?+
A professional medical crew and security team is always available. The first aid point is a safe space and our staff are bound by professional secrecy.
Where can I smoke or vape?+
Only in the dedicated smoke room with ashtrays. Never inside the club.
Dress code+
There is no dress code. Come as you are.
Wheelchair access+
The entire venue is wheelchair accessible and there is a disabled toilet. Ask for the key at the first aid point.
