After your order is completed, you receive an order confirmation from Paylogic. To keep scammers out, we send the tickets themselves 2 weeks before the event. Until then the confirmation is all you get. You receive an email the moment your ticket is available.

Request and re-download your tickets via account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets.

Report assault or inappropriate behavior to our staff or security right away. It leads to immediate expulsion of the harasser. In doubt? Report it anyway.

Zero tolerance for the possession, sale, purchase or use of drugs on site. If you see someone in a bad state, reach out to our staff. They are there to help.

Free earplugs at the bar, but bring your own if you can. Protect your ears. Hearing damage is permanent.

Respect the neighborhood, the site, the artists, the staff and each other. Ask for consent and take no for an answer. Harassment, disturbance or disrespect towards staff or visitors means immediate expulsion.

Top up your bracelet with your own bank app. A small transaction fee applies. No bank app? Top up with cash or card at the top-up booth.

At the start of the event you rent your first cup. After that you swap your cup for a clean one.

A small deposit, refunded after the event.

Refund your remaining balance from the Monday after the event until Sunday 23:59. A small transaction fee applies.
