- I have an order confirmation, but I can’t download my ticket.
- After your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation from SeeTickets. To avoid scammers, we send out our tickets 2 weeks before our event. Before you get your ticket, the only thing you get is an order confirmation. You will receive a notification via mail once the ticket is available.
- I bought a ticket and can’t find it in my mailbox.
- You can use https://account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets to retrieve your unfound tickets. We recommend checking your “spam” folder before heading over to the SeeTickets website.
- I can’t find my ticket or my mail confirmation.
- If you can’t find your order confirmation you can request and re-download your tickets by using this site https://account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets.
Wellbeing Policy
- What should I do if I see someone feeling unsafe or aggression?
- If you witness assault or inappropriate behavior report it immediately to our staff or security. This will lead to immediate expulsion of the harasser. If in doubt, report it anyway.
- What is our drugs policy?
- We have a zero-tolerance to the possession, sale, purchase or use of drugs at our site. If you see someone in a bad condition don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff they’re there to help.
- Do we provide ear protection?
- You can get free earplugs at the bar, but we recommend bringing your own. Be careful and avoid permanent damage to your ears!
- What behavior is expected?
- Have respect for the neighborhood, the festival site, the artists, the staff and each other. Ask for consent and respect no as an answer.Any act of harassment, disturbance or disrespect towards our staff or other visitors results in immediate expulsion.

- You can top up your bracelet with your own bank app.
- Top up transaction fee is €0,89

- You can top-up by cash or card at our top-up booth.
Eco-cups
- At the beginning of the event you rent your first cup. After this you exchange your
cup for a new cup. - What is the price of an eco cup?
- The price for an eco-cup is €1,50, but you can refund this after the event.
Refunds
- You can refund your remaining balance from Monday after the event until Sunday (23:59)
- Refund transaction fee is €1,85
