  • I have an order confirmation, but I can’t download my ticket.
    • After your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation from SeeTickets. To avoid scammers, we send out our tickets 2 weeks before our event. Before you get your ticket, the only thing you get is an order confirmation. You will receive a notification via mail once the ticket is available.
  • I bought a ticket and can’t find it in my mailbox.
  • I can’t find my ticket or my mail confirmation.
  • How does the app work?
    • To avoid queues at the food and drink stands, we have transitioned to using an app for this year’s Zonnewende Festival. Please visit the app provider on your mobile device and download the Zonnewende app. Within the app, you can create an account and top-up your digital wallet. Additionally, the schedule, festival map, and other details are accessible there.
  • Do I need to download the app?
    • Preferably yes! However, if you don’t have a smartphone or other digital device you can buy a physical top-up card for 1€.
  • What should I do if I see someone feeling unsafe or aggression?
    • If you witness assault or inappropriate behavior report it immediately to our staff or security. This will lead to immediate expulsion of the harasser. If in doubt, report it anyway.
  • What is our drugs policy?
    • We have a zero-tolerance to the possession, sale, purchase or use of drugs at our site. If you see someone in a bad condition don’t hesitate to reach out to our staff they’re there to help.
  • Do we provide ear protection?
    • You can get free earplugs at the bar, but we recommend bringing your own. Be careful and avoid permanent damage to your ears!
  • What behavior is expected?
    • Have respect for the neighborhood, the festival site, the artists, the staff and each other. Ask for consent and respect no as an answer.Any act of harassment, disturbance or disrespect towards our staff or other visitors results in immediate expulsion.

  • Is there an afterparty?
    Zonnewende Festival is an 18 hour rave. Outdoor by day at Antwerp Expo and indoor by night at Ampere. You can take tram 2 or 6 from Expo to Ampere as it is only 15 minutes.

    Tickets for the afterparty our available on www.zonnewende.club/tickets and there are cheaper options if you buy a combi-ticket.

  • How do the tokens work?
    • To order something on the festival site you need to use the Zonnewende app. In this app you are given a virtual wallet. You can top-up your wallet using different payments methods. The currency of this wallet is ZNW, it’s a virtual currency created for Zonnewende Festival.
  • How much is 1 ZNW?
    • 1 ZNW = 3,7€
  • What is the top up cost?
    • You only pay every time you top-up. If you only top-up once for the event you only pay the fee once. The top-up fee is 0,29€ every top-up.
  • How long are tokens valid?
    • The tokens are only valid for 24hours, however after the festival you have the option to get a refund for your leftover tokens from Monday 15/4/2024 09:00 until Monday 22/4/2024 09:00.
  • I don’t have a smartphone, can I still pay?
    • Yes, physical top-up cards are available for 3€ per card if you don’t have a smartphone.
  • What is the eco cup policy?
  • What is the price of an eco cup?
    • The price for an eco-cup is 0,5 ZNW = 1,35€. It is a rental cost. You only pay for your first drink, and the cup will be replaced for free when you bring your previous cup back and order a new drink. You can’t bringback multiple cups and exchange them for tokens. For example, if you bring back 5 cups but only order 3 drinks only 3 cups will be deducted on your order.

  • Are there lockers on site?
    • Yes, there is a limited number of lockers available. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so it is advisable not to arrive too late.
  • Can I buy cigarettes or a vape?
    • No, we discourage smoking or the use of other tobacco products.
  • Are there nonalcoholic drinks?
    • Yes, for those driving or those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, there are non-alcoholic options available.
  • Is vegetarian and vegan food available?
    • Yes, vegetarian and vegan food options are available.
